Strategy
We partnered with ownership in 2019 to achieve an elevated product presentation to match the level of renovation and branding we were already implementing. This included a leadership transition to Autograph level of service and executions (Rooms, F&B, Engineering, Sales & Marketing), executing brand, market and culture training, and adding event activations (exotic car shows, art shows, cigar dinners) to elevate local community profile.
